나의 생각 : 다보스 포럼이 발표하는 금융시장 자유도 지수 전체 144개국 중 114위, 우리나라의 금융자유도는 14위라는 경제규모에 비해 초라할 정도로 낮습니다. 즉, 관치주의에 의해 금융시장이 움직인다고 해도 과언이 아닙니다.그런데, 이러한 관치주의 자체는 치명적이라고 생각하지 않습니다. 그러나, 관치주의가 되므로서 금융은 부실화되거나 인위적인 시장 움직임으로 인해 노이즈가 발생하게 됩니다. 그리고 관치에 대한 관의 감사와 견제가 없으면 그 부분은 윤리적으로 부패하게 되어있습니다.

 윤리라는 것은 선진화되고 자본화된 시장에서 보다 우리나라와 같이 관치에 의해 금융시장이 움직이고 그것에 대한 감시감독이 철저하지 않는 곳일수록 중요하다고 봅니다.

 흔히들 금융시장에 윤리라는 덕목은 얼핏보면 당연한말이라고 하지만, CFA에서 다루는 ethics의 주제는 상황이나 다양한 구성원의 제보나 case study로 인해 금융윤리에 대한 실용서로 다룰 정도로 구체적입니다. 이러한구체적인 룰은 미래에 금융시장의 플레이어로 성장해나갈 때 큰 도움이 될 것이라 생각합니다.
